Get Details about the Change!
LIT offered several faculty development sessions in June. Eleven faculty and staff attended an intensive hands-on Course Development at Wentworth 3-day Institute. We also hosted a workshop on how to Deepen Student Engagement in Lectures with Interaction using Echo360, attended by eight faculty. Both were engaging and interactive, providing useful tools and practices. More offerings will be part of LIT’s Fall and Spring offerings. See pictures and details!
Did you know that LIT offerings include self-paced courses? We are focused on providing professional development courses that meet your needs and are available when you want them. To improve access to these offerings, you can now enroll in self-paced courses on Blackboard to learn new teaching and learning strategies. Watch for additional offerings in the coming months. Please share topics you’d like to request and let us know your suggestions!
