Paycheck Information: Through ADP, our payroll service provider, we are able to offer you access to your earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. In addition, you can make changes to your W-4. Simply type in your changes, print the form, sign it and forward the completed form to the Payroll Office for processing. iPay will allow you to view 3 years of pay statements and W-2s as well as view your available vacation, sick and personal time, if applicable, on-line. You can elect to receive notifications via e-mail when your latest statement is ready to view and also perform sample paycheck calculations. Once you receive your first paycheck you MUST register for iPay. Please print or save this email so that you can refer back to it when you're ready to complete your registration.

The security questions will be used to verify your identity if you ever forgot your User ID or Password.
Upon completing the registration process, you may access your pay statements at https://ipay.adp.com. Once logged in, please navigate to 'Things You Can Do' on the right. From here please select 'Go Paperless' so that you will no longer receive a hard copy of your pay stub via mail. If you'd like a hard copy for your records, please log into iPay and elect to print a copy from there. Also, if you'd like to receive an email notification when new pay statements and W-2s are ready for viewing you can select 'Change Notification Options' and follow the steps.
