Important Financial Aid Dates for New Students

March 1: Priority deadline for submitting FAFSA applications. Watch the instructional video.

Late March: Financial Aid Award letters are mailed to new students.

April - July: Students who have been selected for Verification for Financial Aid, and are required to submit documentation to Wentworth, should do so as soon as possible. All documentation must be submitted by the fall bill due date.

May 1: Tuition and housing deposits are due for the upcoming school year. Deposits can be made online via L-Connect or through the Admissions Office.

May 10: A new login process for federal websites, including the FAFSA, the National Student Loan Data System, StudentLoans.gov, StudentAid.gov, and the TEACH Grant website will be implemented. The new FSA ID will be a user-selected username and password. It will replace the current four digit FSA PIN.

June: Fall tuition bill available on student Leopard Web accounts via L-Connect.

July: Students borrowing Federal Direct Stafford loans need to complete Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN) by the fall bill due date. Go to the StudentLoans.gov website and log in with your FAFSA PIN to complete these requirements. Parents borrowing a Federal Parent Plus loan must complete both as well and should log in with their own FAFSA PINs.

August: The fall tuition bill is due the first week of August. See methods of payment for all of the ways to submit payment to Wentworth in the Student Service Center.
