New services for Spring 2017 - Available now!
Academic and Residential Printers Print your document and pick it up anywhere! We've expanded Follow Me Printing services to include the Douglas D. Schumann Library as well as the Architecture, Industrial Design, and Interior Design studios. By student request, we're also testing in the lobby of 555 Huntington Avenue.
Service Status Notifications We now post scheduled and non-scheduled service interruptions in one place. Opt-in to receive email or text alerts of all service interruptions or easily unsubscribe to keep your inbox clutter free. You can also subscribe to one specific outage that is impacting you.
Classroom Technology Improvements Nine classrooms received media system upgrades over winter break and now feature modern laser projectors bring high definition and bright picture to your course content as well as intuitive touch-screen control.

- Kingman 201 & 202
- Rubenstein 005
- Dobbs 307 & 310
Vancouver Apartments Wireless Network The wireless network in 9 and 15 Vancouver Street was upgraded to address previously reported issues. Residents will notice improved wireless performance within their apartments.
What we're planning for this semester
Residence Hall Network Upgrades As part of our commitment to keeping our infrastructure current, most residence hall wired network equipment is due to be replaced this year. The equipment arrived in late December and further details will be sent to residence as work in each building is scheduled. Updates will also be available on our Status Page.
Single Sign On Improvements Our Single Sign On system connects you to services like Email, Blackboard, Lynda.com, Atomic Learning, and Kivuto with just one password. Watch for details as we simplify and re-brand this service to make using it even more convenient!
Faculty and Staff "P Drive" Enhancement OneDrive (part of the Office 365 suite) will replace the "P Drive" for faculty and staff. This service allows easy access to your documents from on and off campus and from any device keeping your life and work in sync. Watch for more details later this semester.

Xfinity on Campus replaced our traditional coax Cable TV service. Now you can stream entertainment on your schedule with On Demand content, DVR functions, and a mobile app. Resident Students can login today!
Follow Me Printing was launched in the Douglas D. Schumann Library & Learning Commons allowing you to print in advance and then pick up your job simply by tapping your ID card on the device of your choice. The printers support color printing, scanning to email or OneDrive, 11x17, and more!
eduroam Wireless Network users who have a OS X or iOS device may see a warning message when connecting due to security certificate upgrades conducted at the end of last year. Click accept as shown here.
