About NAWBO
The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is the voice of America's 10.6 million women-owned businesses with chapters throughout the United States, and it is the only dues-based national organization representing and encouraging the business interests of all women entrepreneurs across all industries. Since 1975, NAWBO facilitates and champions the opportunity for women to advance, evolve and promote their businesses by sharing resources, knowledge, counsel and mentoring, and by providing a single national voice to shape US economic and public policy.
The National Association of Women Business Owners propels women entrepreneurs into economic, social, and political spheres of power worldwide. NAWBO's strength comes from the business diversity of its membership throughout the United States within its local chapters, from sole proprietorships to large corporations, and by representing every range of business industry from finance, marketing, import, business service and product, and retail. Membership is open to sole proprietors, partners, and corporate owners with day-to-day management and responsibility. Active members who live in a chapter area join both their local chapter and national NAWBO to more fully expand the reach of their business. |
