Assist students in resolving issues with basic routing, operating system, software, and hardware issues. Manage the intake of routers and other peripherals provided by instructor. Ability to complete assigned tasks independently a plus.

Qualifications
- Experience with home routing such as Linksys, Netgear, etc.
- Experience with operating systems such as linux, windows, mac os
- Experience in troubleshooting issues from basic driver issues to dhcp and dns
