Working 12–16 hours/week, Phonathon supervisors manage the day-to-day operation of the Phonathon program under direction from the Annual Giving Office. They will serve as a liaison between Annual Fund staff and callers. This position calls for a well-organized manager instrumental in the implementation of policies and procedures. The Supervisor must be comfortable managing fellow students and be able to enforce phonathon standards. The Supervisor must be ready to report any issues that comes up with callers or issues within the Phonathon program.
Qualifications
Supervisors are required to work two call shifts per week - shifts operate from 5:45-8:45pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional special shifts. In addition, supervisors must attend weekly meetings. Previous calling experience is required.
$10/hr
