The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all students, registered for 9 or more credits (or on Co-op), enroll in a health insurance plan. Therefore, all students who meet this criterion are charged the annual premium for Wentworth's plan. If a student is covered by his/her own insurance plan and wishes to waive Wentworth’s charge, a HEALTH INSURANCE REPLY must be completed through University Health Plans at www.universityhealthplans.com by the billing due date for the term in which the charge is applied.

Fall 2007 deadline: August 1, 2007
Spring 2008 deadline: December 13, 2008
Summer 2008 deadline: April 19, 2008

The Health Insurance Reply must be completed through University Health Plans.
