- Master of Science in Construction Management per credit rate: $1,150
- Master of Science in Construction Management per credit rate for newly admitted students starting Fall 2012: $1,065
- Master of Science in Facilities Management per credit rate: $995
**Professional and Continuing Education students who choose to take day program courses will be charged the day program rate.
***MArch students who choose to take undergraduate level courses will be charged $890 per credit.
