Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with our scholarship program for the 8th year.  We will be awarding up to $1,000 to the winner(s) each year.  Students submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page of our web site:  http://www.abbottandfenner.com/scholarships.htm.  Full details are available on our site.

Revel Systems

Revel Systems POS is pleased to announce The Revel Scholars Program, which will award two $10,000 scholarships for the 2015/2016 school year to current high school and/or college students interested in entrepreneurship. In addition to receiving a scholarship towards their tuition, the two students selected for the Revel Scholars program will receive mentorship with Revel’s founders Lisa Falzone (CEO) and Chris Ciabarra (CTO) at regular intervals throughout the year for professional counsel and guidance. The scholarship funds will apply to the winners’ accredited United States college or university tuition.

TheHealthy.com

TheHealthy.com will be awarding a scholarship of $500 to an incoming college student. With the increasing costs of education, TheHealthy.com decided to help make it easier for one student each year by providing this scholarship. We take pride in helping students reach their education goals through this financing.

Apply for this scholarship. Fill out the information below to the best of your ability. Please write an essay that is 500 words minimum that relates to one of the topics below. The student who provides the most compelling and well written essay will be rewarded the scholarship. This will be judged by TheHealthy.com’s owner and writer.

Essay Topics:

1) Health: What does being healthy mean to you? What healthy initiatives have you done to improve your lifestyle?
2) Inspiration: What inspires you? What does this inspirational allow you to accomplish that you couldn’t otherwise?

At the law firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP we understand that obtaining an education is the pathway to success for many young Americans. As attorneys, we all have earned both undergraduate degrees as well as successfully completed a rigorous three-year Juris Doctorate before being even eligible to sit for the California Bar Exam. Through these experiences, we have come to understand the often significant financial burdens associated with obtaining an education beyond high school, which is why we are pleased to announce that we will be awarding $2,500 college scholarship to the winner of our newly created essay contest. Diet Spotlight is offering an essay contest where students can share their ideas on the relationship between body weight and self-esteem. Four winners will be chosen, based on quality of submitted essay. National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Scholarship

The society offers a variety of NSBE and Corporate-sponsored scholarship and award opportunities to our pre-college, collegiate undergraduate and graduate student, and technical professional members. Our scholarship packages range in value from $500 to $10,500. In addition to the scholarships, we also provide access to awards which acknowledge our highest achieving members, such as the Mike Shinn Distinguished Member of the Year (male and Female) Award with a cash award of $7,500, as well as the Alumni Member and Technologist of the Year. Each of these awardees also receives a Golden Torch Award from the organization. Please note that in order to be eligible for NSBE Scholarships, applicants must: 1. be an active, paid, NSBE member 2. Submit transcripts for GPA confirmation to the World Head Quarters.

Penny Stocks Lab Biannual Scholarship Contest

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund gives over 4,000 scholarships each year to students going to four-year universities, community colleges, and graduate school. Scholarship amounts range from $1,000 to $15,000. In order to be eligible, applicants must be: college bound student of all levels who are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Student must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (3.3 GPA for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program) and plan to ben enrolled full-time. United Negro College Fund (UNCF)

Tuition Funding Sources

Tuition Funding Sources or TFS is a private service created in 1987 to help students find scholarships, student loans and other forms of financial aid to help pay for a college education. The TFS website is sponsored exclusively by Wells Fargo Bank. The TFS scholarship database is updated daily. On average, 5,000 new scholarship awards are added to the database every month in an effort to stay current with national scholarship growth rates. New and updated scholarships appear on the TFS website in real time.
