Director of Housing and Residential Life
Phillip Bernard is the Director of Housing and Residential Life. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Phil has been at Wentworth since August 2001. Phil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housing and residential life program, and has an active interest in interventions which lead to first year student success. An avid traveler, Phil is fluent in Spanish.

Associate Director of Housing and Residential Life
Matt Heiser is the Associate Director of Housing and Residential Life. Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Matt has been at Wenworth since 2013, first as a Resident Director. He is responsible for oversight of the Resident Director staff, the Resident Assistant program, and community development within the residential system. Matt is involved in the Wentworth community as a Safe Space and WITHero (bystander intervention) training facilitator.

Assistant Director of Housing and Residential Life for Operations
Greg Mantolesky is the Assistant Director of Housing and Residential Life for Operations. Originally from Agawam, Massachusetts, Greg has been at Wentworth since 2009, starting as the Resident Director of Baker Hall, before stepping into the Assistant Director role in 2013. Greg is responsible for coordinating housing selection and assignments, billing, and our move in/move out process.

Resident Director-Evans Way Tudbury
Ryan DePesa is the Resident Director of Evans Way/Tudbury. Originally from Avon, Massachusetts, Ryan has been at Wentworth since 2012. Previous to joining the Wentworth community Ryan spent four years at Clark University working in Residential Life and Housing. In his spare time he enjoys Boston sports, movies, music, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Ryan’s professional interest include diversity and inclusion issues, sustainability, service-learning, leadership-development, and the first-year experience.

Resident Director-Apartments@ 525 and Louis Prang/Vancouver Apartments
Kelly DeSisto is the Resident Director for the apartments on campus, including the newest building 525 Huntington Ave. Kelly is originally from Rhode Island but moved to Massachusetts to pursue her interest in working with college students. She began working for the Office of Housing and Residential Life in June 2014 and is responsible for the supervision of RAs as well as creating a safe and inclusive living environment for students. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys both singing and listening to music, exploring Boston, and going to cafes.

Resident Director-Baker Hall
AJ Andreucci is the Resident Director of Baker Hall. Originally from Malden, Massachusetts, AJ joined Wentworth in August 2014. He is responsible for the daily operations of Baker Hall and creating a safe living environment for students. In his free time, he enjoys watching all Boston sports, particularly the New England Patriots. He also enjoys coffee, traveling around the city of Boston, and listening to sports talk radio.

Resident Director-555 Huntington Avenue
Loren Glaser is the Resident Director for the 555 community, she joined the housing and residential life team in 2011. Loren is originally from Fort Myers, Florida and loves being a New England resident! In her free time, she enjoys attending Boston sporting events, traveling, cooking, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Loren’s professional interests include new and transitional student outreach, student success, and student development.

Rachel Toft is the office manager for the Office of Housing and Residential Life. Originally from Chicago, IL, Rachel has been at Wentworth since 2000. She is responsible for the day-to-day front desk operations in the central office.

Chris Muchata is the Resident Director of 610 Huntington Ave. He originally grew up in Shirley, a small town in north central Massachusetts, before moving to Boston. Professionally, Chris is interested in LGBTQ issues and accessibility. In his spare time, Chris enjoys exploring Boston, playing video games, and team trivia.

Kevin Long is the Assistant Resident Director of Evans Way/Tudbury. Originally from Mansfield, Massachusetts, he started working for the Office of Housing and Residential Life in June 2015. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring Boston, running, coffee, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Kevin’s professional interests include disability inclusionary issues and first-generation college student success.
