Wentworth realizes that for many people seeking an education, financial aid is essential. In fact, more than 75 percent of our students
receive financial aid. A typical package totals more than $7,500 and is
made up of a combination of grants, loans, and work-study earnings.
To be considered for financial aid you must complete the Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as possible after January 1. You do
not have to be an applicant for admission to complete the
FAFSA. However, you must be accepted to
Wentworth to receive notification of your actual financial aid award.
Would you like some financial aid guidance?
Every student (and prospective student) has both a financial aid counselor and a financial services counselor. Call 1-800-222-9368 (or 617-989-4020) or e-mail ssc@wit.edu to contact your counselor.
Another comprehensive resource on student financial aid is the U.S. Department of Education's Student Guide. Grants, loans, and work-study are the three major forms of student financial aid available through the Department's Student Financial Assistance office. Updated each award year, The Student Guide tells you about the programs and how to apply for them.
