Len DeLosh, B.S., M.B.A.

Len DeLosh earned an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, where he specialized in Marketing and Operation management. DeLosh teaches College Math C for the Division of Professional and Continuing Studies every semester.

DeLosh is currently employed as the Operations Manager by CB Richard Ellis, in their Corporate Advisory Group. He oversees the management of a field staff of over 200 technical field persons responsible for the property and facility management of Fleet Bank.

Prior to this position, DeLosh worked in BALCO Inc., in the Mechanical and Controls Divisions, where he was the General Manager responsible for mechanical contracting, HVAC engineering and the environmental controls divisions. Delosh has also held managerial roles in Honeywell Incorporated and Fidelity Investments. As a member of the association of Energy Engineers he is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM).
