Wayne J. DelPico earned his Bachelor
of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. He is
a Certified Professional Estimator under the auspices of the
American Society of Professional Estimators. He is a licensed
Construction Supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mr. DelPico has extensive experience
in public and private commercial construction and land development.
Specific areas of demonstrated expertise include CPM scheduling,
project management and estimating. Wayne teaches Wentworth DPCS
courses in scheduling, project management and cost analysis. Other
teaching experience includes similar courses at Northeastern
University since 1991, as well as construction seminars for the R.S.
Means Co., in many locations throughout the US.
Wayne is Vice President of The
Mulligan Company, Inc. where he oversees acquisition, permitting and
development of land for residential and commercial building projects
in southeastern Massachusetts.
Mr. DelPico is the author of Plan
Reading and Material Takeoff and Estimating Building Costs
published by R.S. Means. Mr. DelPico currently serves on the
Executive Board of the Builders Association of Greater Boston.
Wayne is a neutral on the roster of
the American Arbitration Association and is a proponent of
alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in construction matters.
