Aleksey Y Solovey, M.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Aleksey Solovey's areas of academic expertise include Math,
Physics, Electronics Engineering and Software Development. He has
several years of experience in electrical, electronics and mechanical
engineering, encompassing engineering and research activity, mathematical
modeling, educational, scientific and engineering software design
& development, numerical methods and optimization.
Aleksey Solovey earned a Ph.D. in Physics & Mathematics from Tomsk
State University in Russia. His doctoral dissertation was entitled
"Analysis of Antenna Arrays of Planar Dipole Radiators of Arbitrary
Shape Driven by Microstrip Transmission Lines". He also obtained
a Masters of Science Degree in Electrophysical Engineering from
Novosibirsk State Technical University in Russia. Dr. Solovey routinely
teaches two DPCS electronics courses - Circuit Analysis and Circuit
Theory and is currently employed by L-3 Communication ESSCO.
Dr. Solovey has had over 30 articles and abstracts published in
various scientific journals in addition to 10 educational and methodological
publications. Dr. Solovey has been a Speaker at over 20 USSR and
Russian scientific, engineering and methodological conferences and
symposia. He is a Professional Member of IEEE. |
