The entire Wentworth community is engaged at every step of the process, providing valuable feedback and ideas for moving the institute forward, including:

Undergraduate and Graduate Programs
Develop new programs and/or expand upon current programs to ensure that Wentworth offers its students the best possible learning opportunities.

Lifelong Learning
Expand lifelong learning opportunities in order to meet demands of the modern workplace and better serve Wentworth alumni, businesses that employ Wentworth graduates, and the greater Boston community. Opportunities will include not only degree programs, but expansion of certificate programs, online learning, and corporate training.

The Student Experience
Concentrate on enhancing the student experience, whether the student is a commuter or residential student, through enhanced academic support services, a first year program, and improved student union facilities.

 K-14 Outreach
Increase visibility, especially at the high school and middle school levels, to promote interest in engineering, technology, and design careers. Build an outreach program and establish model outreach partnerships to reach a more diversified and extensive student pipeline.

Infrastructure
Achieve greater recognition through a coordinated marketing, branding, and public relations plan. Increased visibility will allow the institute to continue to recruit quality students and faculty, as well as to create partnerships with corporations and alumni.

Build upon Wentworth’s infrastructure in keeping with the requirements of the current competitive market place.
