We appreciate your help in reporting issues found while you are out and about on the Wentworth campus. It has always been acknowledged that our customers are our best "eyes & ears" to what is happening in our facilities.
If you want to cancel an "active" event schedule, or to cancel an event request already submitted, you can contact us at (617) 989-4550 and we will take care of the cancellation for you. By notifying us of cancellations of meetings and events, we can then provide access to others wishing to find a space for their use. We appreciate your help by keeping your event needs current.
The Physical Plant has provided each Resident Director (RD) with the rights to submit requests online for their Residential Hall. The RDs then allow the RAs that report to them, access to the RD account for submitting requests from the students. The intent of this process is to allow the RD to have knowledge of the needs of their residents and have oversight of all requests and the system generated communications. The RD and RAs online access allows them to electronically enter a request, track its status, receive emails of its assignment and completion, and have a history of their previous requests. This information can then be forwarded to the student(s) and the satisfactory completion of the request can be confirmed.
Your help in following these steps will assist in minimizing duplicate requests and allow our technical staff to provide quicker resolution to issues that arise.
