All events that involve outside individuals or groups using the Wentworth facilities MUST contact Business Services (617 989-4253) for rental approval, prior to submitting an online request.

Booking: Submit an event request, and include any set-up requirements you will need. Physical Plant will then get approval from the AVP for Physical Facilities before activating your request. Any costs incurred for event set-up and cleaning may be billed to your department. *Please note that this space cannot be used for events during class time.
