Wentworth donates 25 laptops to the JFK Elementary School
The John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Jamaica Plain received a donation of 25 laptop computers from Wentworth at a celebratory event on December 16. The laptops will replace antiquated equipment in existing lab space and will be used by both students and their families.
This donation will help elevate the importance of technology and contribute to positive learning outcomes at a school that has great resource and technology needs. Wentworth is providing a work-study student to provide technical support for those using the lab. The Lenovo laptops will have the Microsoft Office suite installed and will be Internet accessible.
