WIT Magazine Launches New Interactive Website

Today, Wentworth’s alumni magazine, WIT, launches its new website, The site includes stories featured in the print version of the magazine as well as a variety of supplementary multimedia elements such as videos, slideshows, and additional photography. The formatting and delivery of the stories will provide the opportunity for readers to disseminate stories in the magazine through various social media tools, like Twitter and Facebook. Commenting has also been enabled for all stories, allowing for feedback from readers.

“Our goal for the magazine’s website is to add a greater depth to the stories, and engage more effectively with our alumni,” said Dan Morrell, director of publications. “We want to let our readers interact with the magazine so it becomes more of a two-way conversation.”

The latest print issue of WIT will be available later this week at dedicated stands around campus. It features stories about the four alums behind Boston Dynamic’s robot sensation “BigDog,” an alumni engineer-turned-filmmaker who screened his first movie at the White House, and the new parkour club, among others.

Feedback about the new website is encouraged at, and we look forward to reading your comments.
