E-learning @ WIT
Learning and Development provides a suite of services to faculty prepare and deliver eLearning courses. There are three types of eLearning courses at WIT.
- Web-enhanced: A course that meets 100% of the time during normally scheduled face-to-face hours and also includes online materials and resources for student use during class or homework.
- Hybrid: 30-90% of the course is completely delivered online. This means the course is planned for a reduced amount face-to-face meeting time by offering course content and interactions completely online
- Online: 100% of the course is offered online. There are no required face-to-face meetings and students can complete all of the course assignments completely online.
Blackboard Learn: WIT’s New eLearning platform
WIT eLearning courses are offered via the Blackboard Learn (Bb Learn) platform.
