Co-op at Arcosanti - An Interdisciplinary Experience

Gallery Exhibit and Reception: Co-op at Arcosanti - An Interdisciplinary Experience

As part of spring co-op, twenty-two architecture, construction management, and civil engineering technology students are working and studying at Arcosanti, an urban laboratory located in the Arizona desert focused on pursuing lean alternatives to urban sprawl through innovative design with environmental accountability.

The five-week residential program enables students to be actively involved with a variety of construction projects, including surveying, greenhouse design and construction, retaining wall excavation, welding, and more.

The Casella Gallery exhibit is a display of student work, impressions, and photographs of work projects and living at Arcosanti.

The event is sponsored by Career Services and is open to the Wentworth community.  For more information, please contact Marcia Sailor, co-op advisor, at 617-989-4109.
