Windows 8.1 & Apple OS X Mavericks

To: All Students, Faculty, and Staff

DTS is pleased to announce that Windows 8.1 Known Issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, not all OS X Mavericks known issues have been resolved.

We continue to work on OS X Mavericks known issues. While we understand that you may want to upgrade to the "latest and greatest", please refrain from doing so while we complete testing on OS X Mavericks known issues, including being unable to use the DTS Software Download System.

What if I've Already Installed the New OS X Mavericks Operating System?

To resolve any issue that may be encountered, you will need to have your computer reimaged to our standard image of Apple Mountain Lion.

When Will I Be Able to Get the New OS X Mavericks Operating System?

We are in process of testing our software, systems, and services with the new OS X Mavericks system. Once all issues have been identified and resolved, we'll create a new "image"  that you can install on your laptop. We will notify you by email when this is completed.
