Q: The system just asked me to change my password, and now I can't access Banner or Argos. How do I get it to take my new password?

A: In order for Banner and Argos to see your new password, you must first sync it up with Luminis. Follow the steps below:

  • Log in to LConnect with your new password (lconnect.wit.edu)
  • Once you are logged in, on the left hand side of the screen, you will see a link that says Banner INB. Click on it.
  • A message should pop up stating that your password is now synchronized. Your new password will now be recognized by Banner and Argos.
  • PLEASE NOTE: ONLY USE LETTERS AND NUMBERS FOR YOUR PASSWORD! SPECIAL CHARACTERS, SUCH AS !@#$%*& MAY CAUSE BANNER TO NOT ACCEPT YOUR PASSWORD.

Q: How do I log in to ARGOS?

A: Either go to http://ntwit14:8080/argos or http://ntwit14:8080/ and select the argos icon.

Q: What is the link to the green screen for Banner?

A: While you should use the Banner INB link in LConnect to access Banner for everyday use, there are occasions when you will need to access to a test or development environment, mainly for upgrades and process testing. Go to https://prodwebl.wit.edu:9099/ and select the instance you want to connect to. NOTE: Your current password may not work for older instances, as they will be looking for the password you were using at the time that instance was created.
