Faculty and Staff Needs Assessment
The Faculty and Staff Needs Assessment measures the student experience in relation to diversity and inclusion on campus. Faculty and staff share their perceptions and observations of student behaviors, attitudes, and motivation. This assessment is distributed biannually by the Student Experience Diversity Committee.
Fall 2011 Highlights
86% agree that Wentworth respects and values all members of our campus community.
61% believe that students place a moderate value on an inclusive campus environment and 28% indicate students place a high value on this.
Faculty and staff feel most prepared to handle issues related to gender and age, and least prepared to handle issues related to veteran status and disability.
