AutoCAD

AutoCAD is a software application for computer-aided design and drafting. Wentworth's AutoCAD course uses this software application to enable students to: understand graphical concepts and projective geometry relating to spatial visualization and communication in design; learn to communicate information graphically through the use of AutoCAD; master AutoCAD version 2013, including basic and advanced 2-dimensional drawing techniques, 3D drawing and rendering; and develop a set of drawings for a small architectural project and get introduced to Revit 3D object-oriented software.

The 12 week AutoCAD course is conveniently designed for busy adults, with evening meeting times that allow you to quickly gain career enhancing skills.

Entering students should have basic proficiency in using a computer and a basic understanding of Microsoft software.
