College Advising Program
A national program, the Massachusetts chapter of the
College Advising Corps places advisors in the guidance offices of high schools to work in partnership with a corresponding local college. Wentworth currently partners with the advisor at the
John D. O’Bryant. In addition, the CAC umbrella has enabled WIT to support a College Access Coordinator in the Center to help facilitate the relationship with our partners as well as support the CAC advisor as a demonstration project for College Access work. Wentworth’s combined investment in two CAC members, one campus based (College Access Coordinator), and one based at the
John D O’ Bryant School (College Advisor Angela Robins) is valued at approximately $60,000 per year.
