The BSA hosts the AIA National Convention and Design Exposition for the first time in 16 years this May. More than 25,000 architects and allied professionals are expected to travel here to revel in both the new and old Boston. And there are plenty of reasons for locals to join them.
Enjoy the Free AIA Expo
The free AIA Expo2008, held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center as part of the convention, offers exhibits, design galleries and much more. Visit the BSA Store created by Gensler and Suffolk Construction and managed by Vessel. And during the Opening Night Party on May 15, from 3:30 to 5:00 pm, hear keynote presentations by Millard Fuller, founder of Habitat for Humanity and founder and president of The Fuller Center for Housing; Thomas Vonier FAIA, RIBA; and Ambassador Andrew Young.
Expo hours are Thursday, May 15, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, May 16, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm; and Saturday, May 17, to 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. To attend, print and complete the form below and present it on-site at the AIA registration area.

Please join us for our second annual design research event! This year, presenters will focus on how research, strategy, design, and business come together to produce results and create opportunities in the context of case studies. The topics will include how clients receive research, the integration of research in the product development process, and how people work with research as a team. We have a diverse panel of speakers each offering an exiting view of the latest in research results. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session.
