Salem Five Cents Savings Bank
Started as a teller at the First National Bank of Boston, worked in various positions in credit and lending at the Bank, reaching the level of Director when the Bank was sold to Fleet in 1999. After a short stint as a permanent 5th grade substitute in a public school system, joined Salem Five to start a Commercial Real Estate Lending Group. Continue to work in that group at this time. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and has been a guest lecturer at Dartmouth College and Harvard. Ken also taught Commercial Real Estate and Environmental Practice in the First National Bank of Boston credit training program.
Ken coaches youth baseball and basketball. He is also a certified IAABO Basketball Official, having worked many youth and high school games over the past 20 years, including for a few players who ended up going on to the NBA.
