The Wentworth Alumni Association (WAA) is excited to announce that we are hosting an inaugural leadership networking event designed to bring together Wentworth graduates, your employers and co-workers.
This event will focus on Generation Y in the Workforce as presented by Melissa Lavigne of the Intelligence Group. The Intelligence Group is considered to be the foremost expert on Generations X and Y with regard to work/life culture.
DATE: Thursday, June 19
TIME: 5:45 p.m.
VENUE: Watson Auditorium, Wentworth Institute of Technology
COST: $20 (discounted cost of $10 for Class of 2005-2007 graduates)
Appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available

Members of the 50th reunion class will receive their honorary bachelor degree alongside the class of 2008. Each graduate of the Class of '58 and their families are invited to attend commencement exercises and the wonderful celebration weekend planned exclusively for the 50th reunion class. American Institute of Architects (AlA) Alumni Reception
Thursday, May 15, at 5:30 p.m. in Watson Auditorium
Wentworth will host a networking reception on campus during this year's AIA Convention in Boston on May 15-17, 2008. Guests will be able to view exhibits, which include many of the original drawings by KMW for Boston City Hall. Gary Wolf, one of the organizers of the exhibit and an adjunct Architecture faculty member, will speak on the history of the City Hall competition at 7:30 p.m. This is your opportunity to reconnect with fellow architects and alumni who will be in the area for this national conference. Reunion Weekend
June 6-9
If you are a graduate of '63, '68, '73, '78, '83, '88, '93, '98, and '03 - this is your year to celebrate at your milestone reunion. The reunion schedule holds a great program of activities and back-to-school events planned for you, your classmates, and your family. If you are in one of the reunion classes, you will be receiving a formal invitation with registration materials later this month.

WAA Board of Director Elections
Saturday, May 10, at 9 a.m. in the Alumni Room,Tansey Recreation Center
This year's voting for the WAA Board of Directors will take place at the WAA Annual Meeting . All alumni are welcome to attend the meeting and vote for the 2008-2009 Board members. If you cannot attend the meeting, you may still vote by faxing the ballot to the Alumni Office at 617-989-4168 by Friday, May 9.
