Our three-part learning model ensures you take full advantage of class, labs/studios, and co-op opportunities.
As a center of learning and research, Boston attracts people from all over the world. At Wentworth, you can be a part of this global culture, learning from your international classmates who currently hail from forty-six countries. You can study abroad in Wentworth’s established programs in Germany and Ireland. As part of various programs and classes, students have traveled to many destinations, such as Nicaragua, the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Russia, and throughout Scandinavia.
Beyond the many resources at Wentworth itself, you can take advantage of the Colleges of the Fenway’s Global Education Opportunities Center. The center provides access to exchange programs and overseas institutions as well as cross-registration for faculty-led travel courses. Recent destinations have included Egypt, Ghana/Benin, Japan, Brazil, Costa Rica, France, and Spain.
You will learn about and from other cultures during your time at Wentworth. The Institute’s leader sets the tone for this global vision. President Zorica Pantić was educated in Serbia and is the first female engineer to head an institute of technology in the United States. Throughout your education, you will interact with international students, faculty, and staff who will help prepare you to participate successfully in a global marketplace.
