FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN A HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATION AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION

  1. Do not overload your electrical sockets.
  2. Do not set up your furniture in a way that can be a fire hazard. Consult your Residence Hall Director to approve all changes to room configurations.
  3. Maintain a clear path to all doors.
  4. Do not cover more than 25% of your wall with posters, tapestries, etc. Nothing is allowed on or hanging from the ceiling, pipes, or sprinkler heads.
  5. Keep perishable food stored and covered. Failure to do so will attract insects and rodents.
  6. Keep your room/suite/apartment to Wentworth's standard of clean, dispose of trash properly, and clean all dirty dishes. It is the responsibility of every suite/apartment member to keep all common areas clean.
  7. Keep all doors (bedroom, suite, apartment, studio, etc) free of writing, stickers, or other things which could create damage. Memo boards may be attached to doors as long as it does not mark the door and is removed before vacating.
  8. Do not use duct tape on any room surfaces.
