Purpose of Jobs, Duties, and Responsibilities
Looking for a reliable, outgoing, detail oriented student to assist with the planning and execution of alumni programming. Tasks include building event registrations, processing registrations, coding registrants in the Institutional Advancement database, producing nametags, regular correspondence with attendees and vendors, event promotion and marketing, physical setup of spaces (gifts, arrangement of room, registration lists, set up nametags, etc), event evaluation, and follow up. Tasks also include general office administration, alumni requests, database maintenance, correspondence via email, online account and phone, and Internet research. Social media, customer service, design, and HTML experience is helpful. Flexible daytime hours available. Some evening and weekend work may also be available.
