New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation, which is also commonly referred to as Summer Orientation, is a two-day, overnight introduction to the Wentworth community.  Orientation will provide you with the basic knowledge of the campus community and the resources and services we offer.  You will meet with other first year students as well as current Wentworth student leaders, staff and faculty.  You will also be provided with all the necessary information you need in order to register for classes.

There are two sessions of New Student Orientation, both of which occur in July.  All first year students are required to attend one of the two sessions.  The dates for this year’s sessions are July 15-16, 2008 and July 29-30, 2008.

A lot of planning and preparation goes into attending orientation.  To help you prepare, please use the links below.  They will help answer any questions you may have about New Student Orientation.  See you in July!

Just For Parents & Family:

In addition to an orientation program designed just for you, your parents and family will also have the opportunity to take part in orientation.  We offer a two-day Parent & Family Orientation.  For more details on this program, have your parents/family visit the Parents and Family Orientation website.

There are also several other student leaders who work hard behind-the-scenes to help bring Orientation to life.  They are called Orientation Assistants and Orientation Coordinators.

Check back soon to view their student profiles.
