Dear Wentworth Community Member,
This website has been created to communicate important information and resources regarding the H1N1 virus.
Please be aware that both season flu and H1N1 vaccines are now available to Wentworth students. Please contact Health Services at (617) 989-4070 to make an appointment.
Students can receive vaccines at the Health Services office on campus (Watson 003) or Harvard Vanguard’s Kenmore practice located nearby at 133 Brookline Ave. For most students, the administration cost for the flu shot will be covered by their insurance company. If not, the student may be billed a nominal fee of $15.00.
It is important not only for you, but for the health of the entire Wentworth community, that we all protect ourselves against the flu. The use of hand sanitizer is also encouraged throughout the semester, as well as other healthy hygiene practices to reduce the spread of the flu.
